• Whether a particular bin fits a particular space, if you can give us the interior width, depth and height.
• Which sizes exist in a collection, and which have been discontinued.
• A measurement, material or price on this site that looks wrong.
• Anything on a page that reads as a claim we cannot back.

What we cannot help with

Orders. We do not take payment, hold stock or ship parcels, so we cannot see your order, change an address, or process a return. All of that is handled by the store where the order was placed, and their support can act on it while we can only sympathise.

Replies

A person answers, not an autoresponder, which means it can take a couple of days. A question with the numbers in it, saying the shelf is 14 inches deep and 11 inches high, gets a useful answer far faster than one without.
