Everything on this site is written by us, about our own products. There is no syndicated copy and no text lifted from anywhere else. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
A product page states material, size, pack count and colour where we have them, and stays quiet where we do not. Adjectives that cannot be verified against the object in your hands (premium, luxurious, revolutionary) do not appear in a specification, because there is no way to be wrong about them and therefore no way to be right.
Where a page touches food safety, damp, or child safety, it cites a public agency and prints the date we read the page. Every source in that list was opened and read before the sentence beside it was written. We write the sentence to the source rather than hunting for a source that fits a sentence we already wanted.
Those sources sometimes say inconvenient things: that a fridge should not be packed solid, that a "BPA free" label is a narrower claim than it sounds. Those go on the page too.
We do not invent a founding year, a factory tour or a team of named people. We do not say a product is medical grade, food grade, or certified by anybody unless the certificate exists and we can name it. We do not describe a product as safe for a use it was not designed for.
If something here is wrong, tell us at [email protected] and it gets fixed on the next update rather than argued about. A measurement error is the kind we most want to hear about: it is the number people act on.
